When you submit a project enquiry through our enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide directly to us:

• Contact Details: Your full name and email address so we can reply directly to your enquiry.
• Project Context: Optional business details including company name, existing website address, requested service type, project description, estimated budget range, and preferred timeline.
• Security Verification: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our enquiry form from automated abuse and spam. Turnstile evaluates browser telemetry and network connection signals to distinguish human visitors from automated agents, without using tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

We do not request or intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as payment card details, banking credentials, or passwords through our website.

How Enquiries Are Used

Information submitted through our enquiry form is used purposefully and directly:

• Project Review & Architecture: To review your requirements, evaluate feasibility, assess alignment, and prepare thoughtful technical and architectural guidance.
• Direct Communication: Founder Kali reviews each submission personally and communicates directly with you via email to schedule scoping conversations.
• Zero Advertising or Selling: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or lease your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. We do not place your contact details into automated marketing email blasts.

Cloudflare Storage & Discord Alerts

To provide reliable digital infrastructure, KaliCodes utilizes trusted third-party cloud service providers to store and route project communications:

• Cloudflare Edge & D1 Database: Enquiries submitted through the website are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections to serverless edge functions on Cloudflare Pages and stored in a private Cloudflare D1 SQL database. Cloudflare acts as an infrastructure and database provider.
• Private Discord Notification Webhook: Because KaliCodes operates as an async-first studio, new enquiry submissions trigger an automated notification to an internal, private Discord channel accessible exclusively to founder Kali to facilitate prompt review and reply. Discord processes these incoming webhook transmissions as a service platform.

These services process enquiry data on our behalf strictly to operate our website and communicate with prospective clients.

Data Retention

We retain submitted enquiry information for the period necessary to review your project scope, conduct correspondence, and maintain business records relating to active proposals or ongoing client engagements.

Records are maintained in our database to reference project requirements and prior technical discussions if you return to work with us. We periodically review stored submissions and remove enquiry records that are no longer relevant to active or anticipated business discussions.

Access, Correction & Deletion Requests

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or removal of the project enquiry information you have submitted to KaliCodes.

Upon receiving your request via email, we will:

• Provide a copy of the enquiry records associated with your email address.
• Correct any inaccurate contact or business information upon your instructions.
• Remove your enquiry record from our primary Cloudflare D1 database and delete associated Discord channel notification messages where technically supported, subject to applicable legal, accounting, or record-keeping obligations and system backup limitations.

Cookies & Technical Telemetry

Our public website does not use marketing cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking scripts.

• No Advertising Cookies: We do not deploy third-party advertising or marketing trackers on our site.
• Network Telemetry: Standard hosting and security providers (such as Cloudflare) process technical network data—including IP addresses, user agents, and HTTP headers—as necessary to deliver web traffic, mitigate cyber attacks, and maintain service availability.
